This CNC busbar machine is equipped with three units, i.e., punching, cutting, bending machines, and it adopts Germany Siemens PLC control. It is mainly used for processing copper, aluminum busbars of different specifications.

The operations on copper and aluminium busbars can be done easily. One just needs to choose the corresponding processing unit. It can be used for cutting, punching, flat, vertical and U-type bends making, knurling, planishing, twisting, cable joints compressing, etc. 45# steel is adopted for the three units.

Product Features

1. The cutting unit adopts a double-column cutting structure, which is with smooth section, but shall not generate waste, burr, or collapse angle.

2. The punching unit is a six-mould rotary table with the use of nodular cast iron. There is no need to replace the mould, Thus the mis-operations caused by frequent mold replacement can be reduced. So does the damage rate of the mould.

3. The turntable is an integrated workpiece, which ensures the absolute alignment of the upper die and the lower die, improving the concentricity of the Thus the service life can also be greatly improved.

4. The bending unit adopts an enclosed bending structure to make it more uniform when processing flat bending and knurling. The accuracy of repeated positioning in mass production can be greatly improved.

5. The bending unit adopts a double-layer workbench, realizing the simultaneous operation of three units without affecting each other.

6. Germany Siemens PLC control is adopted, by which, the bending angle is controlled digitally. And it also has the memory function. Automatic downtime can be set for each unit, saving a lot of electricity expenses. The system comes with the function of fine tuning. It is more convenient to use.

7. The hydraulic oil tank is welded with 3 mm thick steel plates and treated with phosphating, so that the hydraulic oil shall not go bad for long-term use.
