The orbital tube welding machine is mainly used in electronics, instrumentation, pharmaceutical, food, engineering installation, and other industries. It's suitable for thin-walled carbon steel, stainless steel, titanium alloy, and other materials. The welding tongs adopt a fully enclosed and full-position welding method. It utilizes an advanced full-jacketed integrated water cooling system for high-duty cycles. Coolant channels running through the entire weld head body ensure excellent heat dissipation, allowing the weld head to work continuously even at high welding currents and intensive load.
All closed orbital weld heads of the ORBITAL-WELDING series are made from strong, durable materials of the finest quality and are characterized by their unique water cooling system. The appropriate high-grade, functional, and long-lasting clamping inserts are lasting longer than the inserts of many competitors.
The inserts are available in small and wide designs and can easily and quickly insert into the weld heads.
1. The whole body of the welding torch is water-cooled, which improves the welding torch's temporary load rate, prolongs the welding torch's life, and does not heat up for a long time.
2. There are 4 channels of argon protection inside the welding torch chamber to improve the quality of the welding seam and make the welding seam more beautiful;
3. With the speed measurement function with feedback, the rotation of the welding torch is more accurate and stable, and the angle of the welding seam is monitored in real-time;
4. With expert parameters, only need to input the diameter and wall thickness of the pipe fittings, the welding parameters can be automatically generated, and the welding can be performed;
5. The full welding torch adopts all imported materials, is lightweight, one-button operation, convenient, and easy to learn;
6. The welding torch adopts a flexible fixture, which can be fine-tuned according to the tolerance range of pipe fittings so that the welding head can firmly lock the pipe fittings.
