Ultra-reasonable body design and ingenious structural settings enable it to cut pipes faster and with less effort! The cutting blade is made of high-strength tool steel and the strength and toughness of the blade are perfectly balanced after particular heat treatment, which makes the blade cuts pipes rapidly and more wear-resisting.
This series of pipe cutters are widely used in flammable and explosive environments, no-noise areas, narrow grooves, water, and other environments. It does not produce any sparks and debris when cutting the pipeline, which not only ensures the safety of pipeline construction but also ensures the cleanliness of the inside of the pipeline to avoid blocking the valve. Product Operation Instruction

 

1. Check the blade to ensure that the blade is not damaged.
2. Make sure that the slitting knife and the cutting knife are retracted to the knife holder without knocking and interfering with the pipe to be cut, rotate the knurled spring seat, adjust the transition connecting plate, and fasten the rotary pipe cutting machine to the pipe with the cutting off; rotate Turn the slitting knife blade to put the slitting knife in place. Rotate the device by operating the handle to slit the pipe to be cut. After the slitting is completed, rotate the slitting knife blade to return the slitting knife to its original position; rotate the cutting knife Rotate the blade to bring the cutting knife to the cutting position. Rotate the device by operating the handle to cut the pipe to be cut. After one rotation, repeat the above operation until the pipe to be cut is cut; then turn the cutting knife blade knob to return the cutting knife Position; rotate the knurled spring seat to remove the device from the cut pipe.
