Product Description
It is easy to operate the Lite 4 pipe cutting machine. After being fixed on the "self-centering" clamping device, the pipe to be cut shall not deform and the cutting speed can be quickly adjusted according to the diameter of the pipe. Operator holds the cutting head around the pipe and rotates the toothed blade. Then the operation of cutting shall be done, without burrs or deformation.
It is especially recommended for cutting sanitary stainless steel pipes. It is also the best choice for cutting before welding of stainless steel pipes in industries such as beer, beverages, dairy products, pharmaceuticals, daily chemicals, semiconductor optoelectronics, biology, chemicals, oil and gas, water treatment, shipbuilding, electric power, etc.
The cutting is performed by manually rotating the machine at 360°, with a round tooth blade driven by a motor. The pipe cutting was done, when the machine rotated 360°. This powerful and stable electric motor is equipped with 6 gears for users to choose from.
