The ERS400 rotary pipe scraper for PE pipes produced by E-work is to scrape PE pipes. PE pipe peeler prepares the outside diameter of polyethylene pipe for electrofusion by removing the oxidized layer and contaminates. PE Pipe Peeler can be used on the edge of the pipe or anywhere along the pipe with sufficient clearance for turning the tool around the pipe.

The surface of the pipes shall be clean and even after peeling. If necessary, the peeling can be repeated. This type of peeler, made by the combination of an adjustable support frame of all working sizes and a handle with a fixed blade, is of simple structure and easy to operate. The bar is capable of stretching out and drawing back. With its inner support structure, only the handle moves around the surface of the pipe. Hence, the risk of jam shall not happen during operation. The ERS series of pipe peeler can ensure constant peeling of plastic pipes.

It can be applied at flammable and combustible environment, noise-free area, narrow grooves, under water, etc. Different models handle a wide range of pipe sizes and applications.
