The 4-in-1 busbar machine is a kind of hydraulic equipment for punching, cutting and bending. It is mainly used to process copper busbars and aluminium busbars. The busbar machine of VHB series can be controlled by the electrovalve or the foot switch. The whole equipment includes one hydraulic pump, one punching machine, a cutting machine and a bending machine and a crimping machine.

It can be used at power transmission and distribution construction, engineering construction site, etc. It is especially suitable for making of large electric cabinets, power distribution cabinets, switch cabinets.

Product Features

1. Flat-edge cutting adopted

The type of flat-edge cutting is adopted, by which, the workpieces are smooth and without burr. During operation, there is no waste materials generated, which is environment-friendly.

2. Enclosed structure and horizontal operation

It is safe and easy to change the moulds for different types of bending, such as flat bending, vertical bending, knurling, planishing, twisting, etc.

3. Multi-functional and highly efficient

It is characterized by multiple functions, i.e. bending, cutting and punching. All the operations can be done with one integrated equipment. It is labor-saving and time-saving.
