Product Description

This is a new type of pipe cutting machine widely used for cutting of extinguishing pipes, steel water pipes, plastic pipes, sewer lines. It provides with accurate cutting with high efficiency. There is no spark, burr, or noise generated during cutting.

It is applicable for cutting of pipes with a diameter of 75-400 mm. For cutting of steel pipes, the wall thickness should be within 8 mm; while for cutting of stainless steel pipes, the wall thickness should be within 6 mm. Operators can use it to cut steel, plastic, copper, cast iron, stainless steel and heat shrink tubing.

1. Speed adjustable

The speed can be adjusted based on the requirement of different materials, so as to avoid the pipes from being damaged.

2. Self-lock device of the blade

The blade shall be locked itself with one click. It is easy and convenient.

3. Arch plate to clamp the pipes

There is an arch plate clamping the pipes. Both the pipes of large size and small size can be cut, with adjusting the rotary knob.

4. With high precision and high efficiency

The cutting method is simple and fast, saving a lot of time. Besides, both the sides are of smooth sections after cutting, which is convenient for connecting of pipes.

5. Safe to operate

There is no need to move the pipe by hand. And, there is no spark generated during operation.
