Plate edge milling machine is used for processing on surfaces of workpieces. This series of plate beveller machine by us is especially designed for processing of small sized plates. It is easy to operate. The performance is stable. After milling, the surface shall be smooth and tidy.

Product Performance

1. Improved feeding twisting force

The performance is stable since the feeding twisting force gets improved.

2. Beveling angle adjustable

The beveling angle of this machine can be adjusted from 30°to 60° as needed.

3. Wide range of section width

The width of the slop surface for single time can be 8mm and up to 18 mm at most.

4. Milling-type processing method

The surface of the processed beveling is smooth with the milling-type processing method. Besides, the stainless steel beveling can be welded without acid pickling.

5. Applicable for plates of medium and small size

It can be used for processing of medium and small sized plates. The cutter head is equipped with 4 pieces of blade, each of which can be used for processing plates of 800-1200m.

6. Beveling of higher fineness

The fineness of the beveling is up to 3.2-6.3 mm, which can be directly for the operation of welding.

1. Cold processing

Cold processing method is adopted. So, there is no sparks or smoke generated during operation. The properties of the materials shall not be affected and the welding can be guaranteed.

2. Various types of beveling

The plates can be beveled in the shape of Letter V, Y, K, X, etc.

This machine can be used for milling of materials with a wide range, including carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, titanium, and composite plates, etc.

The feeding and marching can be done automatically, without the help of workers. It is easy to operate. One operator with basic knowledge can operate several machines at the same time.
