Product Description

For this tube bending machine, turbine reducer casing is adopted as the driving mode. Bending is done by back-and-forth rolling. The bending radium can be adjusted. It is suitable for bending or rolling of pipes with large radium.

It can be used for bending round tubes, thin square tubes and rectangular tubes made of stainless steel, to make arc or complete circle with large radium. It is applicable for decoration engineering, especially suitable for building of greenhouse, and used at construction site.

1. Easy to operate

This pipe bending machine can be operated easily. Operator just needs to adjust the screw rod and control the change-over switch for back-and-forth rolling, and then tube bending is done.

2. Rust resistance

Black coating is applied onto the surface of the moulds, which can prevent from rust effectively.

3. Fine package

Non-fumigation wooden box and pallet are adopted to keep the machine sound and intact.

4. With wide application

It is applicable for decoration engineering, hardware, pipeline transportation industries, especially suitable for building of greenhouse.

1. The change-over switch

This tube bending machine is motor-operated. The motor is with a power of 1.5kW and the voltage is 220V or 380V.

2. Manual adjusted screw for the upper shaft

Lifting of the driven pulley can be controlled manually, to bend the pipes to the desired angle.

3. Moulds made of casted special steel

There are two types of moulds, i.e., the moulds for square tubes and the moulds for round pipes. All these moulds have a long service life.

4. Enclosed design

It is user-friendly and safe to operate. The inner structure can be protected well.

5. Copper wire motor

The driving shaft on the sides is driven by the motor, while the driven shaft in the middle is adjusted by the hand grip on the top.
