Manual steel pipe cutter for pipes less than 2 inches in diameter, i.e. ECG2, is a professional cold cutting tool for cutting cast iron, carbon steel, and stainless steel pipes produced by E-WORK. The machine uses the spring guide frame device that makes the four blades form one line so that the cutting edge will be straight. The thin and sharp blade is made of super-hard steel, making it cuts pipes extremely easily and fast. It is the fastest pipe cold-cutting tool on the market at present. Because the sharp blade makes the cutting process easier, and the handle of the pipe cutter is designed to be shorter and more suitable for narrow-space operation.

Product Operation Instruction

 

 

1. Check the blade to ensure that the blade is suitable for the type of pipe to be cut.
2. Mount the pipe cutter vertically on the pipe. The four contacts of the two elastic positioning claws should be evenly connected to the pipe surface. Tighten the handle so that the blade touches the pipe vertically. At this time, the depth of the cutter can be less than 0.5 mm.
3. After a light turn of the pipe cutter, make sure the cut track is on a circular line (otherwise loosen and relocate).
4. Sway the operation handle of the pipe cutter back and forth between 90°and 140°, and tighten the operation handle at the same time to feed (as long as the pipe cutter can be rotated, the tighter the better).
5. Sway the handle back and forth and feed until the pipe is cut.

Note: when cutting the pipe, adding oil to the cutting edge can save power and extend the life of the blade and equipment.
