The pipe bending machines of SWG series are used for bending pipes, especially the common water pipes, carbon steel pipes, thick-walled conduit tubes, and the steel tubes that have low pressure to deliver liquid in cold environment. This pipe bending machine can be applied in building, petrol, mines and shipbuilding industries.

There are two types of pipe bending machine, i.e., the manual type and the electric type. The models of hand operated pipe cutter include SWG-1, SWG-2, SWG-3, SWG-4, and SWG-5, while the the electric driven pipe cutter include DWG-1, DWG-2, DWG-3, DWG-4 and DWG-5. The above-mentioned former models are portable because they are equipped with wheels. The automatic models work fast because they are equipped with a pump. The applicable sizes of pipes ranges from 1/4 to 5 inches.

The bending angle of this SWG portable hydraulic bending machine could be 90 degrees at most, The molds are made of strong nodular cast iron, which is of higher strength, plasticity and durability, compared to the normal cast iron. They are designed for bending of common water pipes, conductor pipes, gas pipes, thick-walled steel pipes, and so on.

1. Moulds of different sizes

It is time-saving and labor-saving, since that it can quickly bend the pipes of different types with its , without repeating bending.

2. High and low pressure plunger

It is accurate at slow stroke with its high pressure plunger, while it is labor-saving at rapid stroke with its high pressure plunger.

3. Port

The part which is connected to the pipe mouth is thickened. The edge is polished and smooth.

4. Adjustable column

The column is adjustable. The bending degree of the pipes needing to be bent can be adjusted.

5. Relief valve switch

Clockwise rotating is for screwing down, while anticlockwise rotating is for loosening.

6. Moulds made of nodular cast iron

The moulds are made of nodular cast iron, which is of high strength, plasticity and strong toughness, compared to the normal grey cast iron.

7. Exhaust screw

One must loosen this exhaust screw. Otherwise, oil leakage shall happen to the grease seal.
