There are two types of pipe bending machine, i.e., the manual type and the electric type. The models of hand operated pipe cutter include SWG-1, SWG-2, SWG-3, SWG-4, and SWG-5 , while the the electric driven pipe cutter include DWG-1, DWG-2, DWG-3, DWG-4 and DWG-5. The above-mentioned former models are portable because they are equipped with wheels. And, the automatic models work fast because they are equipped with a pump. The applicable sizes of pipes ranges from 1/4 to 5 inches.

The tube benders of DWG series can bend tubes up to 60 mm diameter with high quality and accuracy due to the pump. The machine has a complete electric moduler design. This type of tube bending machine provide convenience and increase efficiency. This model comes to the forefront as a economical choice.

This pipe and tube bending machine is equipped with pump and with a bending angle of 90°at most. It works fast and saves your energy. The moulds are made of strong nodular cast iron, which is of higher strength, plasticity and durability, compared to the normal cast iron. They are used for common water pipe, conductor pipes, conduit pipes, gas pipes, thick steel pipes, and so on. The pipes can be bent from 180 degrees to 90 degrees.

1. The quick coupling and plastic cover

The coupling of threaded ZG3/8'' is adopted, which is suitable for most of the hydraulic pump.

2. The moulds

All the moulds are made of nodular cast iron, which is of high strength and plasticity, compared to the normal grey cast iron.

3. The adjustable column

The bending degree of the pipes to be bent can be adjusted with the column.

4. The castor

The rear castor features with the function of manual braking.
