ERCG11 type climbing pipe cutting and beveling machine is a pipeline processing equipment for large-diameter pipelines, especially in the gas and oil industry. The product integrates light, precise, efficient, and modular design, fully considering the needs of users, and is an ideal choice for various types of pipe cutting and beveling. Pipe-climbing pipe cutting and beveling machine is a kind of equipment that uses hydraulic pressure as the power source and uses the cutting principle of a disc milling cutter to drive the cutting and beveling cutters by hydraulic pressure. The pipe begins to be cut when the threaded screw is fed at a slow speed, and the machine will crawl around the circumference of the pipe through the remote control of the cutting robot. It is automatic equipment to complete the cutting and beveling of the pipe in the whole process. It can process different types of pipes with an outer diameter of 6 inches (153mm) to 72 inches (1829mm).
The Trav-L climbing pipe cutting and beveling machine follow the working principle of a milling machine. This is a smooth and efficient cutting pipe equipment by using silent chain fixing, cutting trolley, low speed, automatic cooling system to realize the real cold cutting process. This self-walking pipe cold cutting and beveling equipment are composed of five parts: a control system, cutting system, trolley system, hydraulic power station, and cooling system.
