Nearly all weldable metals and alloys are used in the field of tube-to-tubesheet applications, whereas the range of tube dimensions is relatively restricted. The orbital tube to tubesheet welding equipment model MWP-38, with the function of automatic arc length, can meet the welding of different pipe fittings.

MWP-38 consists of a weld head and an integrated controlling power supply. The power supply comes with a cooling water circulation system, which has good cooling effect and is characterized by digitization, easy operation, and high reliability.

MWP-38 weld head adopts a closed protective cover structure, argon arc self-contained welding process. The welding process is pure, and the gas protection is excellent.

The welding torch is cooled by circulating water, with a high duty cycle, stable and reliable operation without heat for a long time. Under the same conditions, different pipe diameters can be welded without readjusting the welding parameters only by

inputting the pipe diameter size. The welding torch is fixed by an internal expansion pneumatic core. Different expansion cores can be replaced according to the inner diameter of the pipe fittings, which is convenient and reliable.

It also has the functions of speed measurement feedback and voltage supply, ensuring accurate welding speed and improving welding quality. It is mainly used in industries such as boiler pipelines, refrigeration, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, etc. The overall design tends to be convenient, energy-saving, intelligent, and human-computer interactive.
